Tumbling for all levels beginner throught advanced. Beginner athletes will learn cartwheels, forward & backward rolls, donkey kicks, handstands, bridges, kickovers, round-offs, and backbends. These are just a few of some of the fun, basic tumbling skills that your child will learn. This class is perfect for athletes who do not enjoy the bars or the beams. It is also great for dancers and cheerleaders to learn basic tumbling.
Tumbling is a huge aspect for cheerleading, especially at the competitive (High/Middle School & All-Star) level. Tumbling is also a great way to get started with competitive, game day and other types of cheerleading.
More advanced athletes will focus on roundoff back handsprings, salto’s and connections. We utilize our pit area for learning advanced skills.
